We take care in repairing, servicing and returning the machine back in good order. We use genuine Gaggia parts and have Gaggia trained engineers.
The payment for repair and service can be made, when the machine is repaired or serviced. If the cost of repair is higher than the amount originally quoted, we shall get your permission, before going ahead with the repair. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair at this stage, we shall not charge for the service but there will be a charge for returning the machine. If not we shall dispose of the machine ourselves.
If payment is not made within a reasonable time of service or repair, we reserve the right to dispose of the machine to recover our dues.
If a machine breaks down after 28 days of our repair for the same reason, we shall undertake to repair the machine without charge. If additional parts are required for the re-repair we shall charge for extra parts and labour.
If a machine is damaged in transit to us, we shall let you know as soon as possible about the damage, and can send pictures of the damage by email so that you can commence a claim application with your insurer. We do carry most internal parts, but if the damage is to the body or external parts, we cannot bring the machine to it's original condition. The time for getting parts can also be long. In these circumstances we may offer other options to you or to your insurer.
In the event of re-repair within 28 days of repair, we shall endeavour to bring the machine back promptly to the service centre, but we may need sufficient time to evaluate the problem and in some cases leave the machine on test for more than the normal time.
If you require the old parts to be sent back to you, please let us know at the time of returning the machine to you.If not these will be disposed of by us immediately.
