NOW YOU CAN HAVE UP TO 5 YEARS REPAIR WARRANTY ON OUR COFFEE MACHINES
THIS IS HOW YOU CAN GET THIS BENEFIT
All of the coffee machines and grinders we sell, when used in the home, come with a standard 2 year manufacturer's warranty. You can extend the warranty period by one year by purchasing an extra year’s warranty at the time of purchase of your machine or we may offer an extra third year warranty as a special promotion on certain models from time to time. (total 3 years).
‘GAGGIA CHOICE’ offers an extended warranty of one year on any model of machine. This offer is available for those people who purchase their coffee machine directly from us at Gaggia Direct through our website, from our showroom in Elland or through our on-line Sales Zoom team.
1. You will need to purchase £50 worth of coffee and/or accessories at the time of purchasing the machine and a further £50 worth of coffee and/or accessories during the 2nd year of ownership of the coffee machine.
OR
you can purchase coffee and accessories to the value of £100 (£50 each year) during the initial warranty period of 2 years to extend the warranty by one year. (total 3 years)
2. If you continue to purchase coffee and accessories to the minimum value of £50 each subsequent year, you can extend the warranty for a further year, up to a total of 5 years (2 years manufacturer’s warranty, plus 3 years of extended warranty).
3. During your 5th year of the warranty, for those who continue to purchase coffee and accessories to the minimum value of £50 during the 5th year, we shall give you a 25% discount off repairs or a discount of up to 10% off a new Gaggia coffee machines purchased directly from us.
