Marrying heritage and technology, the Carezza range is Gaggia's most futuristic manual espresso machine. It combines the tactile benefits of a manual machine, giving the barista control over the coffee being made, but also incorporates some of the more advanced features from the automatic espresso makers. The Carezza features a pre-brewing function, wetting the espresso before the main infusion - unleashing the maximum possible flavour from your coffee. Added to this is the Carezza's auto-clean function which gives the machine a quick rinse every time it is turned on.

The standout feature of the Carezza range is Gaggia's patented pressurised filter holder. By increasing the pressure of the water inside the filter, this technology will help you to get the perfect crema on your espresso every time.

The Carezza boiler is also has a thermoblock construction, meaning that the steam and hot water are generated quickly and on-demand. This also reduces the overall power consumption of the machine, leading to energy efficient operation.

The Style model has an easy to clean plastic panarello arm, and a lighter filter handle than the Carezza Deluxe; but while the Style range may compromise on price - it certainly doesn't compromise on taste!
